These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DevStash website at devstash.space ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Description of Service
DevStash provides free, browser-based developer utility tools including but not limited to JSON formatting, regex testing, encoding/decoding, hashing, and other code-related utilities. All tools run entirely in your browser — no data is transmitted to our servers for processing.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DevStash only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site's infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to excessively access the Site in a manner that degrades service for others
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site's design, code, or content without permission
3. Intellectual Property
All content on DevStash, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of DevStash or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tools and their outputs are provided for your personal and commercial use, but the Site itself (design, code, and content) may not be copied or redistributed.
4. User Data & Privacy

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
DevStash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be available at all times or operate without interruption
- The tools will produce error-free, accurate, or complete results
- Any defects in the Site will be corrected
You are responsible for verifying the output of any tool before using it in production systems, critical applications, or decision-making.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevStash and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any tool provided on the Site.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to use the Site (which is zero, as our tools are free).
7. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics for usage data. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevStash, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
